Richard deMorris was born and raised in Kennewick, Washington, but his commitment to service has taken him across the globe. He has been to both Washington’s and Arizona’s borders and has been stationed in the middle and far east. He has served in Washington’s Army National Guard and the regular U.S. Army.
Richard was first stationed in the Republic of Korea. Serving in the Army National Guard, he deployed twice to serve in Iraq during Operation: Iraqi Freedom and was activated to support Operation: Jumpstart along the U.S. border. He left the Tri-Cities again for law school, accepted into the school’s Intellectual Property Fellowship program.
He has training in the Army’s Equal Opportunity Leadership and Warrior Leadership Courses. Licensed to practice law in Washington State and previously worked as a Certified Law Student in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office while in law school. Now in returning home, Richard looks forward to working in the Tri-Cities legal community and demonstrating his commitment to service with his team at Skyview Law.
